I hope that you are feeling bright-eyed and bushy-tailed.

It concerns a guy called Adam Waters.

He reached a real low in his life when he suddenly looked at himself and saw an unfit and overweight man.

At the age of 32, he felt himself to be obese, sick, and depressed with himself and with his life.

He decided to change, and to do it quickly!

He set himself a 12 week challenge to lose his excess fat and get himself into condition, with a six-pack to boot!

Over an 84 day period of time from November 8th 2006, to January 31st 2007, he went for it.

.

He also took a picture of himself on every one of those days.

.
