Brooding In Bed.
Good Afternoon Folks,
.
It is nearly 2.pm and here I am, still languishing in my bed.
Unfortunately I felt so rubbishy this morning that I just made a quick cuppa and then retired back to bed….quietly.
.
When big H finally awoke, he got up and proceeded to make two poached eggs on a slice of nicely toasted ‘doorstep’ bread for me, accompanied by yet another cup of green tea….and my first Pil-food capsule of the day.
I have to say that I have been very good about taking them, and in the last month there has only been one day when I forgot to take the last dose at teatime.
.
If you remember, the instructions said that I would need to take the capsules for three months in order to see any noticeable improvement in hair condition and thickness of growth,
As I was prepared to buy the stuff, I am determined to do it properly, or there is no point.
.
So far, I have had two days where my hair has not looked like dry and frizzy candy-floss, so even if it is merely coincidence, it is hopeful!
.
Anyway, here I am, coughing and spluttering and blowing my sore and reddened nose very gingerly indeed.
Along with loads of other people I expect, as I have read that phenomenal numbers of you have flu too.
Come on then, let’s have some synchronized sneezing….everybody go Atishoooo.
.
I can only say that I am so grateful that Big H and I went to the library the other day and exchanged our ten books.
Even though my eyes are sore for reading, I would feel much worse just sitting here twiddling my thumbs and feeling even more sorry for myself.
.
Well, I shall withdraw back into my mire of misery now, hoping that this mere contact with me has not given you flu too.
Remember…coughs and sneezes, and beds, spread bugs!
J,x.
