Fabulous Shoes To Die For.

Hoping that I find you well and happy today, and pleased with your lot.

I have just spent a wonderful few hours lost in the world of pretty shoes.
.
This came about because I decided that, when I go to the Costume Ball that I was telling you about, I should really try and wear the proper kind of shoes to suit a Marie Antoinette type of style.
After looking here and there I came across a lovely site you should visit which is called ‘Jeweled Elegance’.
It contains lots of lovely things, including some pictures of shoes made for the stunningly gorgeous film ‘Marie Antoinette’, a pile of almost edible Versailles shoes, and a good link with information from Shoe IQ.
I was captivated by them, they are so gorgeous.

When I kept on looking I came across some shoes from a brand called Irregular Choice.
For example…
I don’t know about you, but I found them refreshing and even a bit ‘Marie Antoinette’ too.
This brand was launched by a UK designer Dan Sullivan in 1999, and has continued to specialise in the unique and the totally unexpected.
I had not previously been aware of them but some of the designs do tempt me.
