I thought you might like to know about what turned out to be one very popular Christmas Present for 2011.

It is something which is usually considered to be somewhat boring at the best of times …. a toaster …. and no, not the lusted-after Dualit!

This particular desirable object is produced by a firm in Vermont, which is called ‘Burnt Impressions’.
.
They sell toasters with a special insert which burns a picture onto the slice of bread being browned.
The ‘Jesus’ was a very popular and topical design to give as a present during the recent festive season.
.
There are other designs on offer, including a ‘Virgin Mary,’ a ‘DogPaw’ and a ‘Peace’ design toaster.
The firm have been selling their product for over a year and sales are rising all the time.
