If you are at work then I hope that your outlook is a bit more cheerful than mine, because Mondays can be bad enough, without needing help from the weather.

It is very grey here along with more of that fine rain that you think is ok but it soaks you in a few minutes.
The sky is very low and the light is bad.
.
At the weekend we had quite bad fog every day.
We had to make a quick visit to a local DIY store on Saturday and you could only see a few feet in front of the car at times.
This can be quite scary, given that it is hard to believe that some of our drivers have ever been near a Driving Test.
I think it must be possible to make a trade sometimes….a Pass for a ….Go Go Hamster perhaps!!

Whoaa, that was pretty.
A silver plane just came over from tha airport and it has it’s white lights blinking against a gunmetal sky.
Just like Christmas!

Big H has not yet risen from his pit today.
I am a bit worried about him because he seems to be getting worse at the moment, with absolutely no energy and looking very grey and drained, and being very ratty too!
.
The good news is that he has finally received an appointment to go and see the Tropical Diseases consultant in mid January.
Hopefully that man will be able to sort out the reason for the sudden drops in white blood calls etc.
Or at the very least be able to assure Big H that he is not still being affected by the incident in the Middle East, about ten years ago, when all of this ill health began.
Thank goodness that my brother went to that dance and chatted with a pretty nurse.

Talking about people getting up this morning.
I wonder how the pretty creature called Joe McElderry feels this morning after winning his heart’s desire on last night’s X Factor..
How amazing to wake up and think that you have just had the most wonderful dream….and then to realize that it was all completely real.
Wonderful!
He must be having the beat Monday of all!
He got his Xmas present early this year!
