In My Dreams.

Hey,

.

Good Morning to yourself!

.

I am up again very early this morning, and don’t ask me why, because I don’t know.

It can hardly have been the lure of watching a magnificent sunrise because the dull, damp and heavy grey cloud layer is still ‘present and correct’ as usual.

.

The only benefit of suddenly waking at an inopportune time in the darkish early morning, is that I could clearly remember the dream that I was in the middle of having, but unfortunately this particular one did not star Russell Crowe.

.

It concerned the Prince Regent, later to become George IV, during the twenty year period of his life where he was building Brighton Pavilion.

He was very strange and fat, with a huge bright pink face and a big white wig, and in my dream he was also colossally fat.

His clothes were all satin and very fancy, so that he looked like a very swollen and shiny pig.

.

I did not like it at all because he kept following me all over the place and being very pushy because he felt that princes should get everything they wanted as soon as possible.

The palace was also very over the top and shiny also, but still a very appealing flight of fancy.

A very strange dream, but it was probably brought about because I watched a programme about Brighton a while ago and thought that the Palace was a bit like a poor man’s Taj Mahal, but still fun.

The only weird bit about last night was to have a dream about Brighton Pavillion, which also starred a very large sex-mad prince….instead of choosing to include a gorgeous film star.

Still….it was different!

.

And of course, I have just remembered that I was also looking at property in Brighton recently because I did wonder if Big H and I would like to live there because it does seem very lively, and i do like that.

Unfortunately it is incredibly expensive to get a sea view, so I had better buy a lottery ticket if I want us to go there….and I think that I would prefer to be near a sandy beach because that is the kind we are used to up here….although I think you must get a good swishing noise when the sea moves over the pebble beaches.

It is an idea anyway, although I don’t expect we will end up there.

.

Never mind, looking on the bright side, the world is my lobster.

As it is yours!

So, have a wonderful day yourself, and if you are already living at the seaside….then lucky you!
