Lots More Pink Bits.

It is Thursday today, so we are all probably looking forward to the weekend’s change in routine.
.
We do not have anything planned, due to the fact that Big H is somewhat worn out again this week.
He has been having dreadful pains in his neck, even though the last scan was all clear of problems with the thyroid etc,
My brother had told him about a doctor that he could ask to be referred, to who is expert in Tropical Diseases, so he is going back to his own doctor and he will ask for a referral,
He would be more happy in his mind if he could make sure that these problems are not because of the parasites.

When you read about the problems that some people have, you know that you should be very, very grateful for a normal, quiet life.
Well, perhaps quite noisy really, and with lots of drink, but you know what I mean!
.
It would be nice to get his problem solved and begin his forthcoming retirement in optimum health, so that we can finally get out and about a bit before we need the zimmer frames and the incontinence pants.
The problem with retirement is that you spent all of your healthy years working to get there, and you end up in some hospital’s geriatric ward, or old peoples’ home, looking for your teeth.
Look at me, I have spent many years getting together a wardrobe of clothes which are exactly ‘me’, some of them new, and some of them second hand…..I think that the modern description is now ‘antique though!…..and soon I will be taken off the bus and changed into a proper old person and I will be able to do nothing to prevent it.

Oh God, I will come home and throw all of my black velvet clothes in the bin.
I cannot bear it.

Today when I go out for my eye test, I must buy something else really goth, and wear it lots, because they may get me at any time now.

I was up quite late today, 9am, so I shall have to go and feed the birds now because I can hear them getting restive on the wall.
Obviously they want their breakfast, and they want it now!
