Michael Jackson. Involuntary manslaughter.
Hi.
.
Well it has been dragging on for a long time, but eventually a decision has been reached with regard to the death of Michael Jackson.
.
If you remember, he died just before his planned concerts, and after his death the film footage shot during the rehearsal period was put together into a film which was very successful.
.
.
As a matter of fact he is now the most popular dead artist….beating the ever loved Elvis last year.
.
Well, there was recently a hearing considering all of the details of Michael Jackson’s death.
This was held in Los Angeles and lasted for six days.
.
The judge eventually ruled that the Superstar’s personal physician, who is Dr Conrad Murray, will stand trial for the charge of involuntary manslaughter.
Dr Murray is 57.
.
The decision was based upon evidence that the doctor had given the star a lethal dosage of Propofol, which is an extremely strong anaesthetic, and which had been combined with other sedatives.
After this he was said to have neglected to provide adequate care.
.
Other medical experts gave opinions that Dr Murray’s actions were culpable even if the star had given himself the last dose of Propofol.

Video.
.
And so it will go on for some time yet.
.
Michael Jackson truly was fascinating, and a real Superstar, who often amazed and delighted his fans.
