Police Search For Dangerous Animal.

Hi,

.

I hope that all is well with you.

I am pleased to say that things are settling down here after all of the excitement and I hope to have Big H back home from hospital soon.

.

There has also been much excitement reported in Southampton.

Though of a more amusing type.

.

About twelve days ago, there were panicked reports from members of the public that they had spotted an escaped tiger, which was on the loose in a field.

.

The police immediately took action and scrambled marksmen and a helicopter.

Aid was also requested from a nearby zoo, where there were people there who had experience of sedating such dangerous wild beasts.

.

An operation was undertaken to protect the public, which resulted in people being requested to stay indoors.

The local golf course was cleared, as was a local cricket ground, where a match was underway.

.

The marksmen and the helicopter then moved in on the field where the tiger had been seen lurking in the long grass.

.

As the crew grew near they saw the creature, and began to move even closer, expecting that the cornered animal would then bolt.

Strangely this did not happen and the animal just stayed crouched where it was, making no effort to escape.

.

They were soon able to use their thermal imaging equipment and were surprised that they could see no image from the dangerous big cat.

.

Their suspicion was rapidly followed by the sight of the tiger being blown over by the powerful downdraught.

.

The ‘dangerous’ life-sized soft toy had been captured without up putting a fight!

.

A man was yesterday said to have admitted that he had found the abandoned toy whilst he was out walking his pet.

He had given the toy to his dog so that he could have some fun with it.

But eventually it had grown bored with the game.

At that point the gentleman had left the tiger lying in a field, never thinking that it would be the cause of a full armed police ‘search and capture’ operation.

.

He was somewhat embarrassed by it all.

His dog, apparently called Saski, could not have cared less!

.

Don’t you just love it.

J,x.

Whoaaah….that’s a bit too much of a real monster….and far too close for comfort.
      .
We are only used to pretend monsters hereabouts…. not quite so ‘big-cat-astrophic’ if you meet one of them!
      .
All is OK here, and hopefully Big H will be able to come back home soon.
