Putting A Roman Candle Where The Sun Don’t Shine.

Hi,

.

It’s Saturday and I think that you should start off the weekend with a thoroughly silly thing.

.

In Germany there is a show called Das Supertalent.

It is a sort of German version of our Britain’s Got Talent show.

.

Now, there are many people who enter these talent shows because they want to show off their singing or their dancing or even their acrobatics.

Nothing that is very unusual there.

.

But some people are capable of thinking out of the box when it comes to presenting an act which is totally out of the ordinary….totally out of the ballpark!

.

Such a man is Chris Lynam.

This gentleman is a stripper who hails from London, and who decided to make his own unique bid for worldwide stardom in the 2010 competition.

.

Now, just think about it, what would you conjure up as an act that was totally original and bound to get you noticed on the talent circuit.

.

Well, it’s obvious isn’t it.

It is staring you in the face.

.

Take off all of your clothes, put a Roman Candle up your bottom and set fire to it….onstage.

.

So, here it is then.

Chris Lynam in his Das Supertalent bid for fame.
.

.
I know that you will not believe this but he didn’t make it through to the next stage.
.
Huh, those Germans don’t recognise British talent when they see it!
.
Apparently the opinion was that it was very amusing but that it could not be called real talent.
.
Well, come on, I couldn’t do it, and just think how good it would have looked if he had become famous and eventually learned to do it using a V2*.
.
BAH!!!
.
J,x.
.
Chris again, introduced by Frank Skinner on Packing Them In….singing There’s No Business Like Show Business.
