A new UFO scare in America took place a few days ago.
.
There was great consternation when a flaming UFO was clearly seen to fly for hundreds of miles through the skies, from Phoenix in the east across to Los Angeles in the west.

Shock!….Horror!….Danger!!!!!
Could it be The Blob.
I remember seeing that film back in 1958, starring the pretty Steve McQueen at the beginning of his starry acting career.
Scary indeed, I was too frightened to leave my seat and find my way to the cinema loo during the film….just in case!

The recent bright UFO was witnessed and filmed by many people, some of them very panicked, who then reported the details of their sightings to the proper authorities.

It was reported as having shot across the sky showing many different shades of colours, many people seeing it as green, as well as blue and red.
.
Experts were said to have identified the UFO as being most likely to have been a meteor….which would apparently have shown similar colours.
They said that such a meteor would most likely have destructed before actually hitting the ground….and therefore not to worry about UFO’s….and so obviously not Blobs either.

If it had been nearer to Christmas, it could have been Santa!

This is not the first film taken of meteors of course.
This is a clip of a meteor in Alberta Canada a couple of years ago.

This one was in Northern Iowa about a year ago.
