Ruined Shit.

Hi,

.

All of us know the devastation that can be caused by our pets.

.

I well remember our own most destructive pet.

He was a beautiful  German Shepherd who ate his way through a striped 3-piece suite, a beautiful anique figured velvet Victorian suite with dropped ends, and lastly an antique green velvet chaise longue with footstool and two matching armchairs…. plus lots of other assorted things such as shoes, clothes, pens, toilet rolls, hairbrushes, carpets and books etc.

.

Once he had ruined our first very expensive suite, we just kept buying the following ones at the salerooms, and had the expense of bringing them home too, as well as finally getting rid of the eventually destroyed ones.

.

However we were never alone with the problem, as most animals seem to have their days.

.

There is a very popular site called Shit My Pets Ruined…. shitmypetsruined.com ….. which shows you the many kinds of damage caused by pets, which are regularly uploaded by the owners.

.

We tried to cope with the problem by spending a small fortune on chewbones, treats and toys.

.

When I think of the time that I spent trying to repair things again, and the awful dread of opening a door to see more destruction, it just surprises me to think how soon it just becomes a way of life that you accept.

Those pets are just so loveable and they always look so damn sorry when they get told off.

.

.

There is also a site called Shit My Children Ruined …. shitmychildrenruined.com …. which does the same, showing the damage that children can cause.

.

I remember that sort of mayhem too, but Big H and I only had ourselves to blame, the year we bought our kids beautiful wooden-cased tool sets for Christmas.

The kind with the hand drills etc.
