This is way different….I kid you not.
OMG.

I tell you people, I have never seen anything like this before.
Whoever devised this is a genius.
I mean, I am quite blase about most man-made types of experience…..except sex of course.
I would not go to Disney unless my life depended on it, and I hate parades, but this one is way out of the ordinary.

Ontario has a first….and what a triumph it is!

The Cochrane Polar Bear Habitat in Ontario is a Polar Bear rescue centre.
It takes in bears who could not survive without help after their mothers have been killed by hunters etc.

The animals are kept in an enclosure measuring about 200m x 100m and grow to adulthood with as much stimulation as possible.
.
So far so good.
It is the extra addition which is awesome.
.
The enclosure has been designed so that children can swim there, in the same pool as the huge, strong and extremely dangerous carnivores.
All there is between them is a sheet of 10″ thick plexiglass.

The amazement there is in seeing these magnificent animals so close!

Wow, basically it is swimming with Polar Bears.
To be so close to these iconic creatures, and still be safe, is just out there.
