The Wedding Day Perfume Worn By Kate Was White Gardenia Petals By Illuminum.
Good Morning to you,
.
Today I am writing to you from a normal sort of British day.
I awoke to a sky in many shades of grey clouds and some light rain.
Obviously it is what we need, given the unfeasibly tropical weather we have been enjoying for so many weeks, but it was so enjoyable while it was happening.
.
I know that I did tell you sternly that I was not going to write one more word about anything to do with the royal wedding….but it seems that I lied….because I am now going to do so.
.
I know that we are not existing in the same high circles as our new Duchess Kate now does, but we can still get a sniff of what it is like if we want to do so.
Have you wondered what perfume the bride chose to wear upon her most special April day.
Would you like to know!
.
Well, she wore a perfume from a not very well known British brand of parfumiers.
It is called by the evocative name of ‘White Gardenia Petals’.
The makers are Illuminum.
It is available from Roullier White in the UK, having been created by Michael Boadi.
.
The perfume is created to have a top note of Lily.
A middle note of White Gardenia, Muguet (Lily Of The Valley) and Jasmine.
A bottom note of Amber Wood.
It is described as being as fragrant as a bouquet of white flowers, delicate and nuanced.
.
If you are now feeling the need to possess this wonderful sounding scent for yourself then you may need to wait for some time before you can douse yourself with it.
After the wedding, the information became available, and people all over the world wanted to share the day in this small way….and perhaps catch themselves a prince too!
The perfume was immediately sold out.
.
What a change for such a company, to be thrust into the limelight so suddenly that they are up there with all of the long established names that can spend so much on their constant advertising.
They must be beyond thrilled!
.
So, you probably will want it, but patience will be a definate virtue in this case.
Me, I cannot afford it!
Just as well that I don’t often wear perfume.
.
Have a deliciously smelly one.
J,x.
