The World’s Most Tattooed Woman.

. Still on the same theme as before.I was just reading about Julia Gnuse from California, who is officially ‘the world’s most tattooed woman’.

She is 55 and decided to begin her tattoos several years ago.
These now number in excess of 400.
.
There are many different subjects depicted, with a large number of entertainers, from Lucille Ball and the 3 Stooges to the Beverley Hillbillies and the Beatles.
She apparently did this in an effort to stop herself from scratching her skin.
It seems she suffers from a genetic condition called Porphyria, which is a skin disorder that causes scarring because of sensitivity to sunlight, and she felt that having her skin tattooed would help her.
A most ingenious solution to her problem, although definitely an example of lateral thinking!
She now has 95% of her body covered with them, all done by the same tattoo artist Art Godoy.
