Bargain Price House. If You Don’t Mind Living With Snakes.

Morning Folks,

.

I thought that today we should begin in a somewhat slithery way, and talk about an excellent bargain I have found for one of you….but there are conditionssss….you musssst like snakes….and you musssst fancy living in Idaho.

.

There is a house.

It is in Idaho.

It has been slashed in price from $175,000 to about $109,000, a saving of$66,000.

.

This particular property has long been infamous because of it’s unusual problem.

It is infested with hundreds of snakes.

.

No-one so far has been able to live there for very long and there have been UTube videos online for some time now.

.

Last year it was actually repossesed because the owners could not bear it anymore and they just gave up and decamped.

.

Experts are of the opinion that the house must have been built upon the site of an already existing garter snake den so they keep returning as the temperature falls.

.

It is not even as though these particular snakes are dangerous.

They are not at all poisonous and nor will they grow to a length of more than about three feet when fully mature.

Theyare also quite pretty in a snaky kind of way, but they are stinky because theyfind heir way by leaving a trail of pheremones as they pass by.

This is then very helpful for any other snakes who are new to the area and want to know where to go for a big reptile jamboree.

.

However they do help the homeowner byeating slugs and other similar garden pests.

.

Ideally, what the estate agent would need to find for this most unusual property, is a buyer who

a. adores snake

b. likes a real bargain.

c. has no sense of smell

d. is an obsessive gardener

e. who perhaps likes to eat snake pie

f. appreciates the strength and beauty of real snakeskin leather

f. and possibly one who may have always fancied learning how to do a bit of the old snake charming magic

.

Seriously though, living there would definately cause me to have a big hisssssy-fit.
