To Wash Or Not To Wash….A Smelly Question!

Hey,

.

At last we have a decent looking morning here with 50% blue sky and misty sunshine.

Not exactly summery and warm, but better than the usual.

Who knows if it will get much better than this because we are already halfway through June.

I think that we have already had our summer during that little heatwave we experienced a while ago.

.

Today we must cut the grass and do some weeding in the garden, before it manages to disregard all of the work that we have done on it, and turn into a piece of waste ground full of weeds.

It is amazing how quickly there can be a reversion back to garden mayhem.

.

Happily, I do not have anything to add to yesterday’s very distressing post about Japan’s despicable behaviour with regard to the IWC voting at the end of the month.

Bloody Japan again.

I may be becoming cynical, but the probability is that the whole world of government is run that way, while we sheep watch the television and actually think that our opinions matter!

I mean, look at the theft and greed recently revealed in our government with regard to claims for expenses, but that’s OK now because everyone has forgotten and no-one gets punished for it.

Basically everything always comes down to business as usual.

Fat cats rule!!!!!

.

There are cover-ups everywhere.

.

But, talking about filthy behaviour.

It would appear that, according to a report in the Birmingham Mail, that people who live in the West Midlands are the dirtiest in Britain.

It appears, when questions were answered during a recent survey carried out by hot water system manufacturer Megaflo, that 12% of the people who live there do not bathe or shower daily.

This was confirmed by a cab driver who said that when some customers get into his cab he needs to open the windows to help get rid of the smell.

Nice one….not!

.

Megaflo will probably make more money in the North-West, where nine out of ten do bathe daily.

.

I wonder about Southampton!

.

So, upon that soapy note I shall leave you to enjoy your day.

Have a good one.

J,x.
