Well, I hope that you are feeling good on yet another Friday.
How excellent it is that we get one every week!

I was quite tired by last night as we had to spend another day at the hospital for another one of Big H’s examinations yesterday.
You have a mad rush to get to the correct department on time for your appointment and then sit for ages waiting to be seen to as time turns to treacle and slowly oozes by.
Personally I hate hospitals because not only can you catch MRSA, but they have now found that even more horrible new thing too.

I also hate the fact that the damned places have become so huge that you can wander around bland corridors and staircases for hours looking for the correct place to be.
If you add to that stress, the fact that the patients are already feeling stressed by having some form of ailment, then you have them put under an awful strain.
I think that every out-patient with an appointment must have high blood pressure, just from the situation itself!

You probably need a good session of yoga afterwards just to get back to normal again.

Obviously the discipline of yoga has not lasted so long and been adopted worldwide without it being incredibly effective and rewarding on many different levels.
.
It seems that even animals like bears are well into their yoga.
At Ahtari Zoo in Finland, a female brown bear called Santra regularly does a 15 minute yoga routine, while wearing a specially customised furry outfit.
